Tryouts for Winter 2011!!!!!!!

Hi guys,

I hope everyone had a great start with their classes so far! I apologize for sending this out a little later than expected, but I want to update you all about how we are running our tryouts this quarter. Instead of having it all crammed into one 2 hour session on a Thursday, I would like to spread it out to be on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tryouts will begin this week on Thursday the 13th, Saturday the 15th, and Sunday the 16th.

The new system is if you would like to tryout, please email us your information listed below and we will respond to you in the order that we receive the emails. In our responses we will give you a number as well, please remember that number, and we will give you a name tag that has your corresponding number on it on the day you tryout.

We will hold tryouts for the the people with the numbers 1-16 on Thursday, because of the limited court space and time we have. On Saturday we will hold tryouts for 17 through as many as we can, and the rest will be on Sunday if needed. Please spread the word to friends and anyone you know that attends the school and that would like to play competitively on our traveling team.
